New EU VAT Rules
It is unfortunate that from the 1st July 2021 all orders from the EU and Northern Ireland will be subject to the payment of VAT on delivery.
As i am a small business and not registered for VAT, I do not charge for VAT in my store. This means that orders from my shop will now be 17-20% more expensive, depending on your countries VAT rates.
You will be responsible for any charges which may arise when you receive your order.
From the 1st July 2021 all items will be subject to Import Tax.
Orders up to 150€
Import Tax/Vat of around 17 – 21% depending on your country, plus a handling fee by the courier.
Orders over 150€
Import Tax of around 17 – 21% depending on your country, courier handling fee and a Customs Charge.
I am hoping that sometime in the future, i may be able to offer a better option to my EU customers so that the charge can be added at checkout for overseas customers.
How to Order
Simply browse the shop pages and click the add to basket button, alongside your chosen item. This will automatically add items to your shopping basket, where your chosen item will be listed.
If you would like to order more than one of this item, change the number in the amount box and click on update basket. If you change your mind about the item, you can remove it from the list.
If you wish to continue shopping, there's a link to the main shop page page or just navigate to a category in the main menu.
Don’t forget, you can change your mind as often as you like because no payment will be taken until you have passed through PayPal's Checkout pages!
Once you are satisfied with your choice/choices, you can proceed to checkout where you must next enter your details and choose your delivery option. Here you can also create an account if you wish.
To complete your order click on Proceed to PayPal.
At this point you will be taken to PayPal’s secure payment site. If you already have a PayPal account you will simply be asked to log in to pay. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest.
Delivery
Once you are satisfied with your choice/choices, you must next choose your delivery option:
UK Standard First Class £1.80 P&P
UK Tracked First Class £3.90 P&P
UK Next day delivery guaranteed £6.95 P&P - Royal Mail is not currently able to guarantee next day delivery.
For customers outside the UK:
International Standard £4.50 P&P
International Track & Sign £10.00 P&P
I will endeavour to dispatch orders on receipt of payment. If I am unable to do so, I will notify you by telephone or email.
Refunds
I regret that I am unable to refund money on kits without good reason. If you find any fault with your purchase or find any part of it missing please let me know right away, so that replacement arrangements can be made.
