Fire Screens

All 40hpi fire screen kits include: Large colour (with symbols) chart, Madeira stranded cotton (pre-sorted in a numbered thread holder), 40hpi silk gauze (ready mounted in a card frame), backing card, needle, colour photo and full instructions. UPDATE 2025. Regretfully, since the sad passing of Bernard McQueenie in 2024, my stock of his FIRESCREEN KITS is now depleted and can no longer be included in the Tapestry kits. The option to purchase the kit without the screen kit, still remains as you may have a screen of your own which has similar dimensions (4cms x 3.5cms).

. The remaining, slightly larger designs (4.8 x 4.8cms) were made to fit fire screens made in the UK by renowned miniature furniture maker; David Booth. I am currently unable to order from David, due to illness but i hope to do so in the future.
